Terms and Conditions
Health:
All purchased animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. All animals
will come with a certificate with details on their background and health.
Payments and Deposits:

ONLY!

Payment in full is required before any animal will be shipped.. We accept the following methods of
payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card THROUGH PAY PAL
ONLY and cashier's check or money order. Personal checks and money orders will require
sufficient time for them to clear before any shipments are made.
Layaway:
We do accept layaways. An initial deposit is required to reserve any animal. Payment plans and
duration period are flexible to meet your needs.
Deposits:
A non-refundable good faith deposit is required to hold any animal. This is to ensure a
commitment is made to both JMReptiles and with the animal in interest.
Shipping Information
We are a Fedex certified shipper so all packages will be shipped out next day delivery. We ship
Fedex Express Overnight which should be delivered by noon the following day. JMReptiles is
not responsible for carrier delays or mistakes.
We like to ship in the beginning of the week to help ensure no animals will get forced to sit at a
terminal throughout the weekend.
Temperatures in both the shipping and destination areas must be between 40-90*F in order for us
to safely ship the animal to you. The safety of the animal must come first. We will include either
heat packs or cold packs as needed depending on temperatures upon shipment at no extra charge.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
In order for our live arrival guarantee to be valid the temperature requirements must be met and the
package must be received on the first delivery attempt. No exceptions.
We guarantee the health of all our animals for the first 48 hours. In case of a DOA animal we must
be notified within 4 hours of arrival, and we must be given photographic evidence that it is the same
animal we shipped out. DOA animals may be required to be returned before refund and/or
replacements to be given. Details will be worked out accordingly with refund and/or replacements.
We require that you notify us within 4 hours of receiving your package to ensure live arrival and
that all is well.
Box Charge:
There is no box charge for any of our shipments. Heat or cold packs are used when needed and
are free of charge.
International orders:
We do not ship outside of the continental US at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
